We work closely with educational institutions to train new clinical trial professionals, enabling more clinical research across the country. Clinical trials offer hope and help us find answers in our efforts to treat and prevent diseases. Sometimes the findings are groundbreaking which not only benefits individual patients, but whole societies alike. It is our mutual responsibility to ensure that the shortage of skilled professionals doesn't stand in the way of medical advances.
Health Step Finland offers tailor-made training courses on clinical trials for organizations that want to update their knowledge of clinical trial requirements or are planning to start conducting clinical trials. In our training courses, we cover Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other clinical research topics that are of particular relevance to our clients. Our tailored clinical trial training is aimed at clinical trial organizations, research groups, and teams of investigators and clinicians who are beginning to conduct clinical research.

In 2023 and 2024, Savonia University of Applied Sciences offered a national study nurse training course which was designed and organized in collaboration with Health Step Finland. The study nurse training programme was driven by a practical need: due to a shortage of qualified study nurse professionals, the wellbeing services county has been unable to conduct as many clinical trials as desired.
Please stay tuned for more information on similar training courses in the future.
